Six Footas Plus Volleyball was developed to fuel the needs of the ever evolving volleyball athlete. For some, it will give them better coordination and exercise, for others it will increase their athletic ability by giving them the blueprints to how the game is played. And yet for others still, it will create the competitive nature needed to survive in the competition arena for years to come. Whatever the reason, it is our responsibility to instill the discipline of the sport within the athlete through good cohesive individual or team drills, personal interaction, communication and fostering healthy, lasting relationships.
